Our fellow developer Rahul Mathew has a problem. He has a WPF Prism application in which he is trying to use a custom ItemsControl as a Prism region. The custom ItemsControls works fine if he is hard coding the items in his XAML markup. However, if he tries to use the custom ItemsControl as a Prism region, the WPF ItemsControl broken.
Our job is to figure out why his WPF ItemsControl is broken, and fix it.
